Liverpool plans to sign Lewandowski

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp appears keen to work again with the Polish striker, who has previously described him as the best player he has worked with in his coaching career.

Lewandowski played under Klopp for 4 years at Borussia Dortmund, before Leva moved to Bayern Munich and Klopp to Liverpool.

And according to the British newspaper “The Sun”, quoting the newspaper “Fichajes”, Klopp wants to include Lewandowski, due to the low level of Roberto Firmino, the only striker in the ranks of the Reds.

Liverpool's rivals in the English Premier League, Manchester United and Chelsea, succeeded in signing Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku, respectively, and Harry Kane's name was linked to a move to Manchester City, and therefore the Reds want to stay in the competition by including Lewandowski.

Lewandowski offers outstanding levels, and scored in his 18th match in a row against Barcelona on Tuesday, and his name was previously associated with a move to the Premier League this summer, in light of what was reported about his desire to take on a new challenge.
